Paying Invoices

Invoices will be sent from Kids Collaborative at the end of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of receipt. You will see a 3.5% credit card service fee included on all invoices.

• If your preferred method of payment is credit card, please click the “Pay Invoice” button to make your payment.

• If your preferred method of payment is e-transfer, you will not be required to pay the service fee. You can send the amount in the SUBTOTAL line of the invoice by e-transfer to info@kidscollaborative.com. The electronic transfer amount will also be written in the Message section of the invoice.

If payment of an invoice is more than 7 days late, Kids Collaborative reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the full amount of that invoice, including the 3.5% service fee.

All fees shall be paid directly to Kids Collaborative.
