Cancellation Policy

The Parent/Guardian may cancel a session free of charge:

a) up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session for reasons of a family emergency or sickness; or

b) up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session for any other reason

Otherwise, the Parent/Guardian may be charged for the session at the full rate. Notice of cancellation must be provided to Kids Collaborative via email (stephanie@kidscollaborative.com and/or dani@kidscollaborative.com).
